With over 12 years of experience in early childhood education, Emily leads TRoo Child Care with passion, professionalism, and heart. As our Center Director, she is responsible for ensuring a safe, nurturing, and enriching environment for every child and supporting a team of compassionate caregivers.
Emily holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education and is certified in Child Care Administration, CPR & First Aid, and Child Behavior Management. Her leadership style is approachable and hands-on — she believes every child deserves to be seen, heard, and loved.
